WyoTech is launching a Hall of Fame for alumni who’ve gone on to do amazing things in the auto industry.
“From 1966 to now, thousands of graduates across the nation have forged their way in the trades,” the automotive trade school said in a statement. “We want to recognize and celebrate those graduates making a difference and doing big things in their career.”
To be eligible, nominees must be a graduate of any WyoTech campus and be established in the industry with at least five years of post-graduate experience. There will be six inductees selected in 2023.
The winners will not only be inducted into the Hall of Fame, but also participate in “give back” opportunities, where they’ll have the opportunity to share experience and knowledge with current students.
The inductees will be honored at a ceremony on the WyoTech Laramie campus on June 2, 2023. The celebration will continue on June 3, in conjunction with WyoTech’s car show.
WyoTech is one of the few schools in the United States that offers a program in automotive trim and upholstery. Graduates include many of the trimmers we highlight every day.
To nominate yourself or someone else, complete this online application by March 1. Hall of fame inductees will be announced in April.
