Congratulations to Gary and Dania Crawford, whose 1940 Chevy Coupe was just named “America’s Most Beautiful Street Rod” at the Goodguys West Coast Nationals in Pleasanton, CA.
The Crawfords’ head-turning Chevy was based on a design by artist Jason Rushforth and built by Big Creek Restoration in Ellis, KS. While the vehicle’s supple leather upholstery was outsourced to Xibit Customs in nearby Hays, Big Creek Restoration handled the dash, instruments and speedometer – all of which were made in-house and cast in bronze.
Hats off to Big Creek Restoration and Xibit Customs for displaying true craftsmanship and helping bring Rushforth’s design to life.
