Just when you thought the “jump seat” was dead and gone, Kia Motors redesigned and revived it for its all-electric concept car, the Pop.
The two-door city cruiser resembles a cross between the Smart ForTwo and Toyota iQ, but is a whole lot more eye catching — thanks to its wild body style, unique glass windows and butterfly doors. Inside, it features a front bench seat and single rear “jump seat,” making it suitable for three passengers. But this isn’t your dad’s old “jump seat.” It’s sleek, modern looking and even features it’s own recessed seat belt.
