Keyston Introduces New Marine Quilting Program

October 8, 2024 By Nadeem

The Hog Ring - Keyston Introduces a New Marine Quilting Program

Keyston Bros is excited to introduce its Masterpiece Marine Custom Quilt Program, where trimmers can design and create custom quilting using marine-grade products.

This innovative program empowers trimmers to bring their unique visions to life by allowing them to select marine-grade vinyl and thread, and whatever stitch patterns best suit their projects.

“Embark on your creative journey with the Keyston Bros’ Masterpiece Marine Custom Quilt Program, where every detail is tailored to help you craft a quilt that’s truly one-of-a-kind,” said Brooke Kahn,  Senior Vice President of Marketing for Keyston Bros.

Here’s how it works:

1. Choose Your Vinyl

Select from Keyston’s premium collection of marine vinyl and suede options, including: Neptune, Windward, Anchorage, Olympus and Alcantara EXO. Whether you prefer timeless neutrals or bold, vibrant hues, their extensive color range offers something for every taste and project. Designed for durability and ease of use, the materials will enhance your quilting experience and ensure a stunning finished product.

2. Select Your Thread

Keyston offers Outdoor Pro Thread in eight vibrant color options for this program. Outdoor Pro is a bonded polyester thread known for its excellent UV resistance, achieved through advanced processing techniques and special dyestuffs that ensure maximum tensile strength and color fastness. Whether you want a subtle match or a bold contrast, you’ll find the perfect thread to complement your design.

3. Pick Your Pattern

Patterns are the essence of any quilting project, adding texture, interest and a personal touch. Explore Keyston’s library of 37 patterns, ranging from traditional block designs to modern and unique styles like you’ve never seen before.

Their ability to provide full 5-yard pieces gives trim shops the freedom to cover larger spaces and tackle a wider variety of projects. Unlike panel yardage, which is often confined to predefined sizes, quilt yardage offers endless possibilities, allowing trimmers to cut and shape fabric to fit their creative vision perfectly.

With a minimum order quantity of 5 yards, each order is quilted with ⅜” sew foam, and the finished goods are approximately 50-52” wide.

Check out Keyston’s Digital Catalog for a comprehensive look at every pattern and detail you need to bring your marine vision to life! Interested trim shops should contact their local branch or sales representative. (Online orders for this program will be available shortly.)

Keyston Bros serves numerous markets, including automotive, marine, awning and furniture. With 18 warehouses and branches across the United States, there’s always a Keyston Bros location close by.
