The Hog Ring - Trimmer Marilynn Angeroth Dies at 74

Trimmer Marilynn Angeroth of Council Bluffs, Iowa, has died at age 74.

Marilynn attended Treynor Schools and worked several jobs before settling in Southwest Iowa, where she pursued a career in upholstery. Initially, she designed clothes and sold them at Jeanie’s Jeans. Later, she opened her own upholstery business, which began as Sandbar Fever Upholstery and Storage and later became Sewing Time Upholstery, which specialized in marine and vehicle upholstery.

In her free time, Marilynn enjoyed spending time with family, traveling and racing Corvettes. “The most important part of Marilynn was her deep love and devotion to our Lord Jesus. She has won many souls to Christ in her years, never failing to spread God’s love,” her obituary says.

Sadly, Marilynn died on July 30, 2025. She is survived by her loving husband, Don; children, Cheri Ann and Jessica Michelle; grandchildren, Kaylee Stanek, Levi Helbling, Kara Duysen, Elias Barnes and Dawson Barnes; and great-grandchildren, Lane, Adeline, Liam, Luke, Sutton, Lili and Isaiah.

May she Rest in Peace.
